Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat rate $3.95 below $30 and orders $31+ have free shipping. 

Returns

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Pendrell products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
